SECTION .1100 ‑ RATE FILINGS

 

11 NCAC 10 .1101             PURPOSE

The purposes of

this Section are the following:

(1)        To

expedite the review of rate filings so that statutory time limits can be met;

(2)        To avoid

the time and expense of unnecessary and duplicative data requests;

(3)        To

provide for the adequacy of each filing's contents for public inspection.
