SECTION .0400 - THIRD PARTY CHALLENGE

01 NCAC 44A .0401 CHALLENGE INITIATION

A third party may challenge, by notarized affidavit, the HUB

Certification of any business. The challenge shall include reasons or evidence

for the challenge.
