KAR 1:015. Per diem compensation.

AUTHORITY: KRS 325.230(2), 325.240

      NECESSITY,

FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 325.230(2) requires the board to establish the

amount of per diem compensation to be paid to board members, not to exceed

$200. This administrative regulation establishes the per diem amount to be

received by board members.

 

      Section

1. Each member of the board shall receive $150 for each day spent in the
