SECTION 23-3-25.1



   § 23-3-25.1  Veterans' exemption for fees

for copies and searches. –

Any veteran who served honorably in the military or naval service of the United

States shall be processed without a charge or fee when making a request for

vital statistics regarding a request for his or her own personal records.
