Accounts of Executors and Administrators

SECTION 33-14-4



   § 33-14-4  Citation to render account.

–

Every probate court on petition therefor, whenever it deems proper, may issue a

citation to an executor or administrator, having accounts unsettled with the

court, to render an account relative to the estate in his or her hands, at any

time as it may order in the citation.
