(a) When corrective actions to achieve compliance are required:   (1) the department shall provide the towing company a list of required corrective modification(s);   (2) within 10 days after receiving the list of required corrective actions, the owner shall complete all corrective actions and provide written verification of the corrective actions to the department; and   (3) the department may grant an extension, consistent with established procedures, if satisfactory evidence is presented showing that the time period specified is inadequate to perform the necessary corrections. (b) The department may assess administrative penalties and/or administrative sanctions for violations or for failure to complete corrective actions timely or provide written verification to the department timely, in accordance with §86.900.
