Enforcement of Common Law and Contractual Liens

SECTION 34-35-2



   § 34-35-2  Citation to owner. –

Upon filing the complaint, the clerk of the court shall issue a citation to the

owner of the property to appear before the court at a time and place

designated, to show cause why such lien should not be allowed and enforced by

the court for the amount claimed.
