Payment of Wages

SECTION 28-14-30



   § 28-14-30  Severability. –

If any provision of this chapter, or its application to any person or

circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application

of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by the

invalidity.
