State and Municipal Court Compact

SECTION 8-18-5



   § 8-18-5  Administration of funds. –

The cities and towns and the state shall enter into an agreement which will

authorize the transfer of funds and guarantee against misuse, misdirection, and

nontransference of funds owed to the appropriate jurisdiction by means of a

financial institution compact.
