SECTION .0300 ‑ APPLICATION

 

10A NCAC 97C .0301       GENERAL PROVISIONS

Only agencies certified as eligible by the Division may

receive funds from the Office.  To obtain this status, an agency must submit to

the Office an Application for Certification of Eligibility, which must be

approved by the Office.  The Certification of Eligibility must be obtained

prior to submitting a Community Anti‑Poverty Plan.
