10A NCAC 27H .0201       SCOPE

(a)  The purpose of Rules .0201 through .0207 of this

Section is to specify the requirements that shall be met to be registered as a

forensic evaluator by the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities

and Substance Abuse Services.

(b)  The provisions of Rules .0201 through .0207 of this Section

apply to any qualified mental health professional or qualified substance abuse

professional seeking registration as a forensic evaluator by the Division.
