SECTION .0500 ‑ REHABILITATION CATEGORY

 

04 NCAC 19O .0501          DEFINITION

This Section, in accordance with G.S. 150B‑14(c),

adopts by reference as Rehabilitation Category activities those activities

described in 24 CFR 575.21(a)(1), as amended.  These include renovation, major

rehabilitation, or conversion of a shelter.
