(a) This subchapter is distributed to:   (1) members of the Texas Mental Health and Mental Retardation Board;   (2) executive, management, and program staff of Central Office;   (3) CEO's of all TDMHMR facilities and local authorities; and   (4) advocacy organizations. (b) The CEO of each service system component shall disseminate the information contained in this subchapter to all appropriate staff and contractors.
