(a) A registrant shall provide to the borrower of each residential mortgage loan the disclosure contained in the following figure not later than the 30th day after the registrant begins servicing the loan. (b) In order to let borrowers know how to file complaints with the Department, Residential Mortgage Loan Servicer registrants must include the disclosure contained in the following figure in all correspondence provided to borrowers: Attached Graphic
