SECTION .0100 ‑ SCOPE OF SERVICES

 

10A NCAC 06I .0101         SCOPE OF HOME CARE SERVICES

(a)  As used in this Subchapter, Home Care Services mean the

provision of medical services to individuals in need of such services with the

goal of maintaining or improving the individual's health status within the

individual's home.

(b)  Allowable Home Care Services include nursing, physical

therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social services, and

nutrition care.

(c)  Home Care Services shall be prescribed by a physician.
