One-Way Traffic (Ballymena) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996

Coming into operation
15th April 1996

WHEREAS the Department of the Environment has published a notice in compliance with Article 23(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1);
AND WHEREAS no objection or representation has been received;

NOW THEREFORE the Department, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 21(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the One-Way Traffic (Ballymena) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 15th April 1996.

Amendment

2.  The Schedule to the One-Way Traffic (Ballymena) Order (Northern Ireland) 1982(2) shall be amended by the deletion therefrom of the item relating to Fairhill Lane.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order amends the provisions of the One-Way Traffic (Ballymena) Order (Northern Ireland) 1982 by deleting from the Schedule the item relating to Fairhill Lane, Ballymena.
