The A63 Trunk Road (South Cave Interchange Slip Roads) (Trunking) Order 1995

Coming into force
1st April 1995

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980(1), and now vested in him(2), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the A63 Trunk Road (South Cave Interchange Slip Roads) (Trunking) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

(2) In this Order all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway.

2.  The lengths of highway described in the Schedule to this Order shall become trunk road from the date when this Order comes into force.

3.  The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA10/YHNMD 26 marked “The A63 Trunk Road (South Cave Interchange Slip Roads) (Trunking) Order 1995”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY.

SCHEDULELENGTHS OF HIGHWAY BECOMING TRUNK ROAD

The lengths of highway becoming trunk road are:
The slip road marked 1 on the plan which runs 128m east from its junction with the A63; the slip road marked 2 on the plan which runs 266m north-west from its junction with the A63; the slip road marked 3 on the plan which runs 18m north-east of its junction with the A1034; the slip road marked 4 on the plan which runs 66m west of its junction with the A63; and the slip road marked 5 on the plan which runs 76m south east of its junction with the A63 in the East Yorkshire Borough of Beverley in the County of Humberside a total distance of 0.55 kilometre.
