In the exercise of the powers conferred upon my by section 3(2) of the Prisoners (Return to Custody) Act 1995(1), I hereby make the following Order:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Prisoners (Return to Custody) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1995.

2.  The Prisoners (Return to Custody) Act 1995 shall come into force on 5th September 1995.
