The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

Commencement and citation

1.  This Order may be cited as The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 10th December 1999.

Variations

2.  The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route Traffic Order 1998(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

3.  In Schedule 2B item 2 is substituted as follows:

“north side, from a point 10.0 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 249 and 251 Brownhill Road, eastwards for a distance of 69.0 metres.”
