AN ACT TO AMEND THE COURT FEES ACT

Commencement [19th October, 1992]
BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature
of the Kingdom as follows:
1 Short Title.
This Act may be cited as the Court Fees (Amendment) Act, 1992.

The present Schedule to the Court Fees Act (Cap. 12) is repealed and replaced
by the following Schedule:
