AN ACT TO AMEND THE ORDER IN PUBLIC PLACES ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the
Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Order in Public Places (Amendment)
Act 2004.

(2) The Order in Public Places Act (CAP. 37) is in this Act referred to as the
Principal Act.

2. Section 6(4) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following after
paragraph (f):

“(g) the Ministry of Civil Aviation in the operation of any
airport; and

(h) the Ministry of Marine and Ports or the Ports Authority in the
operation of any port.”
