IMMIGRATION ACT (CAP. 62)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Immigration Act
(Cap. 62), the Prime Minister with the consent of Cabinet, makes the

following Regulations —

1 Short Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

2 Schedule Repealed and Replaced

The Immigration Regulations are amended by repealing the Schedule and replacing
it with the following:

Kingdom of Tonga for those non citizens who require
permits for entry into the Kingdom

3. Extension of a Visitor’s permit per month except for

6. Issue of a Multiple Visitor’s Visa permitting a one
