PASSPORT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2011


PASSPORT ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Passport Act, the
Minister of Foreign Affairs with the consent of Cabinet makes the following

Regulations:



1 Short Title

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Passport (Amendment) Regulations
2011.

(2) The Passport Regulations are referred to in these Regulations, as the Principal
Regulations.

2 Schedule II replaced

Schedule II of the Principal Regulations is repealed and replaced with the
following -

instance for a further 5 years in Tonga for any person aged 16
years and above;

6 Certificate of Identity TOP $250
7 Any letter or document issued by the Ministry of F reign

Affairs allowing entry/exit from the Kingdom, in lieu of a
passport or a certificate of identity;

TOP $300

8 For items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 that are issued by an overseas
diplomatic mission of the Kingdom in:
