IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2010

IMMIGRATION ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Immigration Act

(Cap.62), the Prime Minister with the Consent of the Cabinet, makes the

following Regulations and as amended by the Legislative Assembly on the 19

October 2011, by virtue of section 9 of the Government Act (Cap.3) -

1 Short Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

2 Schedule Repealed and Replaced

The Immigration Regulations are amended by repealing the Schedule and replacing

it with the following:
