TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2015

TRAFFIC ACT (CAP 156)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Traffic Act (Cap

156), the Principal Licensing Authority with the consent of Cabinet, makes the

following Regulations -



1 Short Title

(1) This Regulation may be cited as the Traffic (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

(2) The Traffic Regulations, as amended, are in these Regulations referred to as the

Principal Regulations.

2 Fourth Schedule amended

Part D of the Fourth Schedule under the titles “Licence for ALL PRIVATE

VEHICLES”, “Licence to drive a public service vehicle per annum” and “Licence to

drive a motor cycle per annum” of the Principal Regulations is repealed and replaced

by the following:



“Licence for all private motor vehicles

Licence fee for 1 year $60

Licence fee for 3 years $150

Licence fee for 5 years $240

Licence to drive public service vehicle

Licence fee for 3 years $300

Licence fee for 5 years $480

Licence to drive a motor cycle

Licence fee for 1 year $30

Licence fee for 3 years $75
