(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2016

CUSTOMS AND EXCISE MANAGEMENT ACT 2007

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 129 of the Customs and

Excise Management Act 2007, the Minister for Revenue and Customs with the

consent of Cabinet hereby makes the following Regulations -



1 Short title and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise Management

(Amendment) Regulations 2016.

(2) In these Regulations, the Customs and Excise Management Regulations 2008,

as amended, shall be referred to as the Principal Regulations.

2 Regulation 62 amended

Regulation 62(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting “C18” and

replacing it with “C18A and C18B”.

3 Regulation 65 amended

Regulation 65 of the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting “C18” and

replacing it with “C18A or C18B, as the case may be,”.

The Principal Regulations is amended by deleting Form C18 and replacing it with the
