AN ACT FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED AND TIDRTY-ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED AND NINETY THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX
DOLLARS FOR AND TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE
BAHAMAS FOR CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 30TH JUNE, 2015

Enacted by the Parliament of The Bahamas
1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Capital Development) (20 14/20 15) Act, 2014.
2. Interpretation.
In this Act, "development expenditur·e" means expenditure for capital development within The Bahamas.
3. Authority for payment.
(I) There may be paid out of the Treasury upon the authority of a warrant under the hand of the Minister of Finance during the financial year
beginning on the I 51 day of July, 2014 and ending on the 301h day of June, 2015, the several sums of money in respect of development expenditure set forth in the Schedule.

(2) In the financial year referred to in subsection (1), not more than three hundred and thirty-one million, three hundred and ninety three thousand, two hundred and fifty six dollars may be paid in total under the provisions of this section.
