EXTRADITION

EXTRADITION (DESIGNATED COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES) ORDER

(SECTION 3) [Commencement 2nd November, 1994]

1. This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Designated Commonwealth Countries) Order.

2. The countries specified in the Schedule are hereby designated for the purposes of section 3 of the Act.
