[Commencement 6th May, 2003] 1. This Notice may be cited as the Criminal Justice
(International Co-operation) Act (Nomination of Court) Notice, 2003.
2. The Attorney-General, after consultation with the Chief Justice, hereby nominates the Supreme Court in The Bahamas to receive the evidence to which a request relates under section 6 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act.
