2. Any stereo-isomeric form of a substance for the time being specified in paragraph 1, not being phenylpropanolamine.

3. Any salt of a substance for the time being specified in paragraph 1 or 2.

4. Any preparation or other product containing a substance for the time being specified in any of paragraphs 1 to 3.

NOTICE, 2003 (SECTION 6)

[Commencement 6th May, 2003] 1. This Notice may be cited as the Criminal Justice

(International Co-operation) Act (Nomination of Court) Notice, 2003.

2. The Attorney-General, after consultation with the Chief Justice, hereby nominates the Supreme Court in The Bahamas to receive the evidence to which a request relates under section 6 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act.
