REFERENDUM ACT (CHAPTERl)

REFERENDUM (PRESCRIBED QUESTIONS AND BALLOT PAPER) ORDER, 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 2 of the Referendum (Prescribed Questions and Ballot Paper) Regulations, 2012 the Governor-General makes the following Order-

1. Citation.

This Order may be cited as the Referendum (Prescribed Questions and Ballot Paper) Order, 2013.

2. Referendum Question.

The questions to be asked in the Referendum to be conducted on 28 January, 2013 shall be as follows-

Question 1: Do you support the regulation and taxation of web shop gaming?

Question 2: Do you support the establishment of a National Lottery?

3. Ballot Paper.

The Ballot paper to be used for the purposes of the Referendum to be conducted on 28 January, 2013 shall be in Form K of the Second Schedule to the Referendum Regulations, 2012.
