INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS COMPANIES (ACCOUNTING RECORDS) ORDER, 2013

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 67(5) of the International Business Companies Act, makes the following Order-

1. Citation.

This Order may be cited as the International Business Companies (Accounting Records) Order, 2013.

2. Declaration of availability of accounting records to be kept at registered office.

(I) Every company shall maintain at its registered office a declaration stating that reliable accounting records of the company are available through its registered 11gent.

(2) Every registered agent shall before the I" January in every year, submit to the Registrar a declaration as described under paragraph (I).
