AGRICULTURAL MANUFACTORIES

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (JAMS) ORDER

(SECTION 2) [Commencement 5th January, 1987

1. This order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Jams) Order.

2. Jams derived from pineapple and strawberry concentrates, respectively, are specially declared agricul- tural products which may be manufactured, preserved, packed or otherwise prepared for sale or export for a period of five years.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (PIGEON PEAS) ORDER, 1993

(SECTION 2) [Commencement 21st October, 1993]

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Pigeon Peas) Order, 1993.

2. Canned pigeon peas derived from pigeon peas imported during the period of July through January of any year, or such other period approved by the Minister, are specially declared an agricultural product which may be manufactured, preserved, packed or otherwise prepared for sale or export for a period of five years.
