Article 1

This set of criteria is formulated in accordance with regulations of Paragraph 4, Article 21 of the HIV Infection Control and Patient Rights Protection Act.

Article 2

The scope of unsafe sexual behavior refers to sexual behavior of direct contact without obstruction of organ membranes or body fluid that is assessed medically likely to induce HIV infection.

Article 3

This set of criteria shall be implemented on the day of announcement.
