AN ACT TO AMEND THE NATIONAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, NO. 17 OF 1979

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows :-

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the National Housing Development Authority (Amendment) Act, No. 32 of 2003.

Repeal of section 10 of Act No 11 of 1979.

2. Section 10 of the National Housing Development Authority Act, No. 17 of 1979 is hereby repealed.

Sinhala text to Prevail in case of inconsistency.

3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
