It is hereby notified that the President has assented to the following Act, which is hereby published for general information:–
No. 16 of 2005: Armaments Corporation of South Africa, Limited Amendment Act, 2005.

ACT To amend the Armaments Corporation of South Africa, Limited Act, 2003, so as to remove the Chief of the South African National Defence Force as a member of the Board of Directors of the Armaments Corporation of South Africa, Limited; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, asfollows:— Amendment of section 6 of Act 51 of 2003
1. Section 6 of the Armaments Corporation of South Africa, Limited Act, 2003. is hereby amended by the deletion in subsection (1) of paragraph (c). 5
Short title and commencement
2. This Act is called the Armaments Corporation of South Africa, Limited Amendment Act, 2005, and comes into operation on a date to be fixed by the President by proclamation in the Gazette.
