ACT To appropriate additional amounts of money for the requirements of the Department of Public Enterprises and the Department of Transport in respect of the 2005/06 financial year; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
E IT ENACTED by the Parliament af the Republic of South Africa, as B foii0Ws:- Appropriation of additional amount of money for requirements of Department of Public Enterprises
1. (1) Subject to the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), an amount of R2 billion (two billion rand) is hereby appropriated out of the National Revenue Fund for the requirements of the Department of Public Enterprises in respect of the 200Y06 financial year.
(2) The money contemplated in subsection (1) must be transferred to DENEL (Pty) Ltd for the recapitalisation of the entity and to assist DENEL (Pty) Ltd to restructure and 10 refocus its business.

Appropriation of additional amount of money for requirements of Department of Transport
2. (1) Subject to the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), an amount of R2,7 billion (two billion and seven hundred million rand) is hereby 15 appropriated out of the National Revenue Fund for the requirements of the Departmelit of Transport in respect of the 2005/06 financial year,
(2) The money contemplated in subsection (1) must be transferred to the Road Accident Fund in order for the Road Accident Fund to proceed with scheduled payments to successful claimants and to settle an outstanding payment to the South African 20 Revenue Service.
Short title
3. This Act is called the Additional Adjustments Appropriation Act (2005/06 Financial Year), 2006.
