It is hereby notified that the President has assented to the following Act, which is hereby published for general information:–
No. 47 of 2008: The Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa (Private) Act Repeal Act, 2008.

ACT To provide for the repeal of The Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa (Private) Act, 1961, and The Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa (Private) Amendment Act, 1970; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
BE IT E N A C T E D by the Parl iament of the Republ ic of South Africa, as fo l lows:— Repeal of laws
1. The Apostol ic Faith Mission of South Africa (Private) Act. 1961 (Act N o . 24 of 1961) and the Apostol ic Faith Mission of South Africa (Private) A m e n d m e n t Act, 1970 (Act 4 of 1970), are hereby repealed.
Short title
2. This Act is called The Apostol ic Faith Miss ion of South Africa (Private) Act Repeal Act , 2008.
