It is hereby notified that the President has assented to the following Act, which is hereby published for general information:–
No. 45 of 2008: Methodist Church of Southern Africa (Private) Act Repeal Act, 2008.

ACT To provide for the repeal of the Methodis t C h u r c h of Southern Africa (Private) Act , 1978; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
BE IT E N A C T E D by the Parl iament of the Republ ic of South Africa, as fo l lows:— Repeal of law
1. The Methodis t Church of Southern Africa (Private) Act , 1978 (Act N o . 1ll of 1978), is hereby repealed.
Short title
2. This Act is called the Methodis t Church of Southern Africa (Private) Act Repeal Act, 2008.
