Part X of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act (Cap. 86), in respect of any application for investment allowance from the construction industry where the investment allowance exceeds $500,000.
1A. Minister of State, Ministry of Transport
 
To approve applications under section 19J of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act, in respect of —
 
 
(a) any company which provides any services or engages in any activities relating to ship management or ship agency; and
 
 
(b) any shipping company which provides any services or engages in any activities relating to logistics or freight forwarding.

2. Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry
 
To approve applications under the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act (Cap. 86), except for any application under section 19J of that Act in respect of which the power of approval has been delegated to the Minister of State, Ministry of Transport under item 1A.
