Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Control of Rent (Exemption — Statutory Bodies) (Consolidation) Notification.

Exempted premises

2. The following properties and premises are exempted from the provisions of the Act:

(a)

all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Port of Singapore Authority;

all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board;

all properties of the Sentosa Development Corporation situate in Sentosa; and
