Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Composition of Offences) Rules.
Compoundable offences
2.  Any offence under section 35(2), 37(2), 81(6)(a) or (b), 82(2), 107(6), 128(2), 130(3), 131(2), 134(1), 138(1)(a), 141(1)( a), 142(1) or 144 of the Act may be compounded by the Official Assignee in accordance with section 165A of the Act.
