The Minister for Trade and Industry has appointed —
(a)
the General Manager, Standards and Metrology Division, Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, to be the Controller of Weights and Measures;
(b)
the Divisional Director and the Deputy Divisional Director, Standards and Metrology Division, Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, to be the Deputy Controllers of Weights and Measures;
(c)
the Director and the Deputy Director of the Standards and Metrology Division, Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, in charge of weights and measures matters, to be the Assistant Controllers of Weights and Measures; and
(d)
all other officers of the Standards and Metrology Division, Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, in charge of weights and measures matters, to be Weights and Measures Inspectors.
