NOTICE OF FEES UNDER THE LAND TITLES
REGISTRATION ACT 2008

I, FAUMUINA TIATIA LIUGA, Minister of Natural
Resources and Environment, pursuant to section 92(2)(a) of the
Land Titles Registration Act 2008, (the Act) make this Order
prescribing the following fees that are payable under the Act:

Registration fee $100.00 per instrument
Search fee $ 5.00 per search
Photocopy of any instrument or record:
- A4 size paper $ 5.00 per copy
- A3 size paper $ 8.00 per copy
