NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY (No.7) 2008

I, TUISUGALETAUA SOFARA AVEAU, Minister
responsible for the Electric Power Corporation, pursuant to
section 23A of the Electric Power Corporation Act 1980 give
notice that:

1. The additional charge to be applied on the total amount
charged for the supply of electricity is 10.35%.
2. The charge is to compensate for the cost of fuel used for
the supply of electricity.
3. This Notice commences on 1 February 2009.
4. The Notice of Additional Charge for the Supply of
Electricity (No.6) 2008 dated 18th
December 2008 is
revoked.
