MINISTERIAL DIRECTIVE UNDER THE LAND
TITLES REGISTRATION ACT 2008

I, Faumuina Tiatia Liuga, Minister of Natural Resources,
Environment and Meteorology, pursuant to section 83(2)(a) of
the Land Titles Registration Act 2008 (“the Act”) direct that
10% of the current registration fee of $100 per instrument be
paid into the Torrens Assurance Fund established under section
83(1) of the Act.

This Ministerial Directive commences on 1 October 2009.
