NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT


I, TUI ATUA TUPUA TAMASESE EFI, Head of State of the
Independent State of Samoa, pursuant to section 1(3) of the
Land Titles Registration Act 2008 (the Act), hereby
NOMINATE Monday the 2nd
day of March 2009 to be the
commencement date for the Act except for sections 1 and 2 of
the Act.
