BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 15

DESIGNATING THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMITTEE THAT WILL CONSIDER WITH THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT WAYS AND MEANS TO IMPLEMENT THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT’S ASSURANCES TO ASSIST IN THE PHILIPPINE ANTI-SMUGGLING DRIVE.

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary that a Philippine Committee be designated to sit down with a counterpart group of the Malaysian Government for the purpose of considering ways and means to implement the Malaysian Government’s assurances to assist in the Philippine anti-smuggling drive;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, do hereby constitute and designate the members of the Philippine Committee as follows:

The Philippine Committee is authorized to engage the services of such technical assistants or personnel as may be needed for the negotiation herein referred to.
