PROCLAMATION NO. 232
REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 489 DATED NOVEMBER 8, 1965, WHICH EXCLUDED FROM THE BAGUIO TOWNSITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN BAGUIO CITY CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, REVERTING THE SAME AS TOWNSITE RESERVATION AND ESTABLISHING SQUATTER RELOCATION SITES IN BAGUIO CITY.
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 489 dated November 8, 1965, which excluded from the Baguio townsite reservation certain parcels of land in Baguio City and reserved the same for housing project purposes and revert the same areas as townsite reservation. The following parcels of land are excluded from the Baguio townsite reservation and established as squatter relocation sites to be disposed of under the provisions of the Public Land Act and under rules and regulations to be issued by the Director of Lands upon the recommendation of the Special Committee on Baguio Squatters created by Executive Order No. 75 dated July 14, 1967, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
