AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 40 DATED DECEMBER 28, 1962, ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING THE FIELDMEN’S GUARANTY CO., INC. TO BECOME A SURETY UPON OFFICIAL RECOGNIZANCES, STIPULATIONS, BONDS AND UNDERTAKINGS”
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Administrative Order No. 40 dated December 28, 1962, entitled “Authorizing the Fieldmen’s Guaranty Co., Inc. to become a surety upon official recognizances, stipulations, bonds and undertakings” by changing the name of the Surety Company, whenever used in said Order, to “FILRITERS GUARANTY ASSURANCE CORPORATION.”
Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight.
