MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 322

CREATING AN INTER-DEPARTMENTAL TASK FORCE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE FOUR-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

There is hereby created an inter-departmental task force to be headed by the Acting Chairman of the National Economic Council for the preparation of the Four-Year Development Plan. FY 1971-74, composed of the following:

All members of the Task Forces shall report immediately to the Acting Chairman of the National Economic Council for further instructions. Work assignments with the Task Force shall take precedence over any other assignment being undertaken at present or in the future by any member of the Task Force.

All departments, bureaus, offices, agencies or instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby required to extend full support and to provide such information as may be needed by the Task Force in the accomplishment of its work.

The Task Force shall complete its work within a period of thirty days from the date of effectivity of this Circular.

This Circular shall take effect today.
